Travel Inspiration
With the excitement we experienced during our big lap of Oz, we made a conscious decision when we got home that we wouldn’t go back into our stressful corporate jobs again. Before then, our holidays were a means of escaping the day to day treadmill. So we decided perpetual travel is the lifestyle for us, and today we’re all about creating a life we don’t need to escape. We love any excuse to hit the road, and here’s some of our amazing adventures we hope will inspire you to become urban escape adventurers too!
WA – Coral Bay & Cape Range National Park
Western Australia’s Coral Bay is one of those places that you just need to visit. With its spectacular turquoise coloured water and fantastic white beaches, we bunked there for a few days in a great park directly opposite the beach. We had heard the park was a popular...
WA – Kununurra & Surrounds
A trip to Western Australia’s Kimberley region is one that is on many traveller’s must-see lists. Not only because of its stunning gorges, rugged coastline and turquoise blue waters, but it’s remoteness appeals to many adventurers. When you’re considering a trip to...

There’s always that touch of excitement at home when we’re packing for another adventure, and this trip was definitely no different. But if there’s one thing that we’ve learnt over the years when travelling, it’s that we can’t pack without having developed a...
NT – Binns Track
If there was one track that we think an adventure seeking 4WDer should add to their touring bucket list, the Binns Track would be high up on that list. And for very good reason! This track which begins in the Northern Territory’s East MacDonnell Ranges, is nearly...
NT – Red Centre Way
The Northern Territory’s Red Centre Way is a magnificent stretch of nearly 700 kilometres which leads west from Alice Springs, through the spectacular MacDonnell Range National Park, and down to Uluru. But what makes this trip so special is the number of attractions...
NSW – Darling River
When we decided to head around Australia, we aimed to do a shakedown trip not too far from home for a few months, to test everything out before taking off on the big lap. Deciding on the Darling River Run, we thought it would be a great introduction to our touring....
